Honey Whipped Butter

Pear & Vanilla Pound Cake

1 1/4 sticks unsalted butter -room temp * make sure you use a good butter
5 tbsp raw orange blossom honey* any quality honey is fine i like orange blossom and wild flower the best
1/4 tsp fine sea salt

Whip butter, honey and salt in mixer fitted with the paddle attachment until light and fluffy and everything is incorporated.
serve with toast, bread, muffins, pancakes, waffles, french toast.....
